What I’m most passionate about and what draws me to RAF and general litigation work is the opportunity to stand in for people at one of the most disorienting points in their lives — after an accident or in the middle of a legal dispute that’s thrown their life off course. In RAF and general litigation matters, that means giving every client clear guidance, careful preparation, and a determined advocate, so they get the outcome they deserve and feel supported the whole way through.
University of Johannesburg, LLB, 2019. Admitted as an attorney of the High Court with right of appearance during April 2021.
I believe that the ability to analyse every matter individually and to create the best strategy depending on the facts and the merits of each specific matter, is the key to achieving the most favourable results for the clients. I never hesitate to do beyond what is expected to achieve the best outcome and result for the clients while keeping them updated on all litigation processes and managing their expectations throughout.
